Power Mech Projects Secures ₹109.22 Crore O&M Order from Hindustan Zinc

Power Mech Projects Limited has secured a significant operation and maintenance (O&M) contract valued at ₹109.22 crore (excluding GST) from Hindustan Zinc Limited, reinforcing its position in the power and infrastructure services segment.

The contract entails comprehensive operation and maintenance of a 91.5 MW Captive Power Plant (CPP), along with the associated transmission line up to the Main Receiving Substation (MRSS). Power Mech will execute the project as an independent contractor on behalf of Hindustan Zinc Limited.

The order, awarded by a domestic entity, is scheduled to be executed over a period of 48 months. The scope primarily focuses on ensuring efficient plant operations and maintaining transmission reliability throughout the contract duration.

Importantly, the company confirmed that the contract does not involve any related party transactions, and neither the promoter nor the promoter group has any interest in the awarding entity.

This latest order strengthens Power Mech Projects’ O&M portfolio and highlights its growing footprint in managing critical power infrastructure assets for leading industrial players in India.
