ACME Solar Commissions 33.333 MW / 160.480 MWh BESS Capacity in Rajasthan

ACME Solar Holdings Limited has commissioned an additional 33.333 MW / 160.480 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) capacity through its wholly owned subsidiary, ACME Sun Power Private Limited. The project is located in Village Badi Sid, Tehsil Bap, across Phalodi and Jodhpur districts in Rajasthan.

The company confirmed that the commercial operation date (COD) for the newly commissioned capacity is scheduled for May 6, 2026. This development follows the company’s earlier disclosure dated April 6, 2026, regarding the progress of the project.

With this commissioning, ACME Sun Power Private Limited’s total operational BESS capacity has reached 200.003 MW / 962.940 MWh, marking a significant milestone in the company’s energy storage portfolio.

The update was formally communicated to the stock exchanges under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The addition strengthens ACME Solar’s position in the rapidly evolving energy storage segment, supporting grid stability and renewable energy integration in India’s power ecosystem.
