Danish Power Limited has secured an export order worth approximately USD 8.7 million from an international entity for the design and manufacture of 66 kV Power Transformers, the company informed the stock exchanges under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
According to the company’s official filing submitted to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, the export order involves the design, manufacturing, and export of 66 kV Power Transformers. The execution timeline for the project has been specified as one year.
The company stated that the name of the international entity awarding the contract has not been disclosed due to a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) between the parties.
Danish Power further clarified that the promoter, promoter group, and group companies do not have any interest in the entity awarding the order. The company also confirmed that the contract does not fall under related party transactions.
