KP Green Engineering Secures New Orders Worth ₹507.94 Crore Across Key Business Segments

KP Green Engineering Limited has secured multiple confirmed orders from various clients, aggregating
to ₹507.94 Crores (including taxes), reinforcing its strong presence across renewable energy, transmission, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.

The company disclosed that these orders span diversified business segments, highlighting its robust engineering capabilities and expanding footprint as a trusted provider of fabrication and structural solutions.

Among the key segments, solar projects account for the largest share at ₹237.10 crore, involving fixed tilt module mounting structures and tracker-type module mounting systems. Transmission towers follow with ₹130.69 crore, covering materials for 220 kV to 400 kV towers, substation structures, and associated hardware. The pre-engineered buildings (PEB) segment contributes ₹101.06 crore, while isolators account for ₹30.77 crore across 220 kV, 66 kV, and 33 kV categories. Additional orders include ₹5.87 crore for crash barriers and ₹2.44 crore for cable trays.

With these new contracts, KP Green Engineering continues to strengthen its order book and execution pipeline. The projects are scheduled for execution during the current financial year, which is expected to enhance capacity utilisation and provide greater revenue visibility.

The company noted that the order inflow reflects sustained client confidence and further consolidates its position in high-growth sectors such as renewable energy and power transmission.

The announcement was formally communicated to BSE under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
