Pace Digitek Limited, along with its subsidiaries, has reported total order inflows of ₹64,597 million for FY2026, with the energy segment emerging as the primary growth driver. The energy business contributed ₹58,147 million to the total, while the telecom segment accounted for ₹6,450 million. The inflows include significant orders across both energy and telecom verticals, reflecting the company’s expanding market presence.
The strong order book highlights the company’s increasing participation in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and renewable-linked projects, positioning it strategically within India’s evolving energy transition landscape. This shift underscores Pace Digitek’s growing alignment with clean energy and infrastructure development priorities.
The energy segment led performance with a high-quality and diversified order mix comprising Build Own Operate (BOO), Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC), and supply contracts. BOO contracts contributed ₹24,550 million, accounting for 42% of the segment, ensuring annuity-linked revenues and long-term cash flow visibility. EPC contracts formed the largest share at ₹30,484 million (52%), driven by utility-scale project execution. Supply contracts added ₹3,114 million, representing approximately 6%, supporting near-term revenue generation and capacity utilisation.
During the year, the company secured projects from key central and state agencies, including KPTCL, KREDL, NTPC, SECI, and MAHAGENCO, alongside private sector clients. This diversified portfolio provides multi-year execution visibility and ensures balanced revenue streams across various project lifecycles.
The telecom segment continued to offer operational stability and recurring cash flows, supported by order inflows from O&M services, equipment supply, and infrastructure projects. Key clients include BSNL, Tata Teleservices, RailTel, Indian Railways, and other private sector customers. The segment remains instrumental in delivering steady execution, maintaining recurring revenues through O&M contracts, and ensuring operational continuity across multiple service circles.
Overall, the company’s order book offers strong visibility across both segments, with an increasing share of energy-led projects. The balanced mix of BOO, EPC, and supply contracts supports both long-term revenue visibility and near-term execution, reinforcing Pace Digitek’s position for sustained and scalable growth.
Commenting on the performance, Chairman & Managing Director, Mr. Venugopal Rao Maddisetty, said, “FY2026 marks a pivotal year as we scale our presence in the energy segment, particularly in battery energy storage and renewable infrastructure. The strong order inflows reflect our growing execution capabilities and the trust placed in us by leading public and private sector clients.
Our diversified order mix across BOO, EPC and supply provides a healthy balance of long-term visibility and near-term execution. We remain focused on disciplined growth as opportunities in the energy sector continue to evolve.”
